    Refund is consider when we receive return request from customer, or when seller notify return receipt

    If payment is not receive as per given time period,please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. If online payment process is not work refund will be proceed with check in the name of account holder.

    If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, refund will be issued through a demand draft.

    You need to share your contact details and address by email where you want your demand draft. After receiving email refund will initiate.

    For damaged/ defective items, the seller will issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.


    We will initiate refund once we receive conformation from seller to revive product is right condition, i.e. product brand, product condition, and same product as send by seller.

    Refund for Cash On delivery

    Refund is transfer in directly in bank account of mtechmart user or it will also deposited in the wallet of account holder. If customer required cash on delivery order refund in bank account customer need to inform about it and need to provide bank details.

    Shipping Cost Refunds


    Shipping charges are not refundable in refund policy. Only product amount will be credited to customer account.
